Use

For door systems where unauthorised opening from the outside should always be prevented. In principle, it is always possible to open the door from the danger side. (Emergency exit function)

Function on the danger side

The door handle or touch bar / push bar is located on the danger side. In the event of panic, the locked deadbolt is retracted at the same time as the latch bolt via the door handle or touch bar / push bar. When unlocked, the latch bolt can be retracted using the door handle, touch bar / push bar or key. The lock can be locked and unlocked with the key. (Series 7000 and 8700 can only be unlocked as the deadbolt automatically extends when the door is closed).

Function on the outside

There is a fixed knob on the outside. When unlocked, the latch bolt can be closed using the key. The lock can be locked and unlocked with the key. (Series 7000 and 8700 can only be unlocked as the deadbolt automatically extends when the door is closed).
