Panic function C

Closure enforcement function

Use

For doors where unauthorised opening from the outside must be prevented. In principle, it is always possible to open the door from the danger side (emergency exit function).

Function on the danger side

There is a door handle or touch bar / push bar on the danger side. In the event of panic, the locked deadbolt is retracted at the same time as the latch bolt via the door handle or touch bar / push bar.

Function on the outside

There is a door handle on the outside. When locked, the handle is set to neutral. The door can only be opened with the key. The key must be turned to the end stop in the opening direction, only then is the follower engaged and the door can be opened using the handle. After removing the key, the handle is switched back to neutral.
